Order Cancellation & Modification Policy

We understand that plans can change.

If you need to cancel or modify an order, please contact us at:

as soon as possible after placing your order.

We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate cancellation or modification requests before the order enters fulfillment.

However, once an order has been processed, packed, or shipped, we may no longer be able to cancel or modify it.

If the order has already shipped, you may request a return after delivery in accordance with our Refund Policy.

If Heirloom Hearts cancels an order after payment has been collected, an applicable refund will be issued to the original payment method.
